Walls:
All concrete panels are manufactured from high quality concrete. The pebbledash panels are manufactured in three heights, 1.981m (6’6”), 2.286m (7’6”) and 2.591m (8’6”) with widths of 600mm (2’) and 300mm (1’) affording complete flexibility. The stone and brick panels utilise the post and panel system.

Roof:
Apex roof trusses are constructed using hollow box steel with angle iron purlins supporting vinyl coated steel roof sheets and ridge. Finished in dark brown. With built in vapour barrier. Flat roof trusses are constructed with fabricated steel supporting vinyl coated steel sheets and fascias. Finished in dark brown. With built in vapour barrier.
Tile roof trusses are constructed with hollow box steel with timber purlins supporting ‘tile effect’ roofing panels.

Door:
Fully retractable up and over doors, finished in white powder coat primer are supplied as standard. The door widths of 2.134m (7’0”), 2.438m (8’0”) and 4.267m (14’0”) are overall, subtract 76mm (3”) from either side of the door for clearance. Four heights of door are available, 1.981m (6’6”), 2.134m (7’0”), 2.286m (7’6”) and 2.438m (8’0”), subtract 125mm (5”) from the height of the door for clearance. Allow 940mm (3’1”) for projection of the door during opening.
NB. Georgian door maximum height 2.286m (7’6”) giving 2.159m (7’1”) clearance.

Deferred Terms::
We will be pleased to arrange finance for your garage. The repayments are usually spread over 12, 18, 24 or 36 months with a deposit of 10%. For example, garage cash price £1000.00 deposit £100.
Balance of £900.00 over 36 monthly repayments of £33.25 per month A.P.R 21.4%. Quotations supplied on request.

Delivery:
Prices are mainland ONLY and South of a line drawn between Dundee and Greenock, and east of a line drawn between Plymouth and Bude, delivery to all other areas carries a small excess.

10 Year Structural Guarantee:
T. Sutcliffe & Co. Ltd. guarantee to replace or repair at their discretion any defective concrete panel or roof sheet entirely free of charge if notified in writing within 10 years of delivery. Your normal statutory rights as a customer apply. No claim will be allowed for third party labour damage or other expenditure.
